Ingredients:




Carrot pieces - 1 cup

Green peas - 1 cup

Beans pieces - 1 cup

tomato pieces - 1 cup

potatoes pieces - 1 cup

Finelly Chopped onions - 1 cup

Finelly Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Cashew nuts - 10

Grated coconut - 2 tbsp

dhaniya Powder - 1 tbsp

Garam masala - 1 tbsp

cinnamon/dalchina chakka - 2 pieces

Bay leaf - 2

kasoori methi - 1 tbsp

poppy seeds/ gasagasalu - 1 tbsp

Ginger,garlic,green chilli paste - 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1 tbsp

salt to taste

Curd - 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp

oil - 4 tbsp

water

Method

add fresh coconut, soaked cashews, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, curd  to a blending/grinding jar and grind it into paste

add some water to get smooth fine paste

turn on the flame

heat 4 tbsp oil

add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, shahjeera/caraway seeds,cumin seeds

fry it

add chopped onion

fry it for 2 minute

add green peas

put lid for 2-3 minutes

add carrot, potato, french beans, tomato

mix it well

put lid for few minutes and let vegetables to cook

add ginger-garlic and green chili paste, coriander powder, garam masala

salt to taste

add the paste and little water

stir it

add some water

put the lid of the pressure cooker

cook for 3 whistles on medium flame

turn off the flame

after the pressure goes down, open the lid

turn of the flame and heat the kurma again for few minutes

add dry fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi)

add coriander leaves

stir it for 2 minutes

vegetable kurma ready
